Your Practice, Your Pace.
Your Practice, Your Pace.
My Journey
My relationship with yoga began as a way to navigate stress and anxiety, but it gradually became something much deeper: a journey of self-discovery, self-compassion, and learning to embrace all parts of myself.
As a second-generation Puerto Rican from the Bronx, my experiences and connection to community have shaped how I understand care, belonging, and the importance of creating spaces where people feel welcome as they are.
As a trauma-informed yoga teacher and wellness educator, I approach my work through the lenses of self-compassion, choice, and accessibility. My offerings include Yin Yoga, gentle Vinyasa, and Metta (loving-kindness) meditation, each inviting you to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I'm continually learning that we don't have to strive for perfection to be worthy of rest, care, or belonging. Through mindful movement, meditation, and self-compassion practices, my hope is to create space for you to meet yourself where you are, without judgment or expectation.
